Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of geotechnical engineering experience with Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or recognised Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptable of Engineer, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision of geotechnical work for projects such as MRT station projects.

Job Descriptions

Review design, technical issue and method of statement for civil and geotechnical engineering. Construction of Diaphragm walls, Barrette piles and bored pile for analysis of Geotechnical capacity calculation, Top down construction, deep excavation, earth retaining stablilizing structure of temporary strutting supporting system, soil investigation, ground improvement works, installation of recharge well, permeability and functioning tests of Recharge well, geotechnical monitoring and instrumentation, preparation for planning, implementing and monitoring site progress, liaise with consultant and sub concrete, quality control
