Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and sales-driven Interior Designer / Senior Sales Designer to join our team.
The main responsibility is to attend to customers who have been arranged by the company to visit our showroom. You will understand their renovation requirements, propose suitable design and renovation solutions, prepare quotations, close sales, and follow up on the project.
This role is suitable for candidates with experience in interior design sales, renovation consultation, quotation preparation and customer handling.
Responsibilities
1. Sales & Design Consultation
Attend to showroom appointments arranged by the company
Follow up with online enquiries and qualified sales leads
Meet with prospective clients to understand their renovation needs, budget and design preferences
Provide layout planning, material selection and renovation proposals
Prepare quotations, presentations and project schedules
Advise clients on design, costing, material selection and renovation process
Follow up closely with clients and close sales
2. Project Coordination & Customer Follow Up
Coordinate with internal project team, suppliers and subcontractors after project confirmation
Ensure smooth communication between clients and project team
Follow up on project progress and update clients when required
Maintain good customer relationships and after-sales service
Ensure projects are completed according to clients’ satisfaction
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design sales / renovation sales preferred
Experience in residential or commercial renovation projects
Able to prepare renovation quotations and explain scope of works clearly
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service oriented
Sales and target driven
Responsible, independent and positive working attitude
Knowledge of space planning, materials and renovation process will be an advantage
Able to work on weekends or public holidays when required
