Due to continued growth across our Buildings business, we'relooking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our Singapore team.

You'll play a key role in delivering innovative engineering solutions, developing future talent and advancing sustainable building design.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you'll combine technical excellence with growing leadership responsibility, helping to deliver complex projects while contributing to the growth and evolution of our Mechanical Practice.

You will:

• Lead the design of mechanical building services systems, including air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, fire protection and sanitary services
• Deliver high-quality project outcomes, ensuring technical excellence, programme compliance and budget performance
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams locally, regionally and globally
• Apply BIM, digital engineering and computational design tools to improve project delivery
• Champion sustainable, resilient and future-ready building solutions
• Mentor and support the development of junior engineers and graduates
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development activities
• Support innovation initiatives and the integration of digital solutions into project delivery

About You

We're looking for a motivated and collaborative engineer whois passionate about technical excellence, innovation and sustainable design.

You'll bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in building services consulting
• Strong experience designing mechanical building services systems
• Understanding of local regulatory requirements and building codes
• Progress towards Professional Engineer, Chartered Engineer or equivalent accreditation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong organisational and project delivery capabilities
• Interest in sustainability, digital engineering and innovation
• Commercial awareness and confidence working with clients
• A proactive mindset and desire to continually learn and grow
