Senior MEP Engineer

Job Description:

• Coordinate MEP design, construction, and installation works for data center projects.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and BIM throughout project execution.
• Support DfMA planning, modularisation, and off-site prefabrication activities.
• Coordinate specialist MEP systems and liaise with consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Participate in Testing &Commissioning (T&C) activities and project handover.
• Review constructability, technical proposals, and value engineering initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes, and authority regulations.
• Monitor project progress and resolve technical and coordination issues in a timely manner.
• Work closely with the project team to achieve quality, safety, and project delivery objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in MEP engineering.
• Experience in data center projects would be advantageous.
• Experience in DfMA planning, modularisation, and installation would be advantageous.
• Experience in liquid cooling systems and/or Testing & Commissioning (T&C) for data center facilities would be advantageous.
• Experience in Green Mark Platinum or Green Mark for Data Centres (GMDC) projects would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Revit, BIM, and 3D model coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines.
