senior project Co Ordinator

Coordinate and support the planning, execution, and completion of projects to ensure successful delivery.

Assist Project Managers in managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and documentation.

Monitor project progress and track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.

Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and other project-related documentation.

Identify project risks, issues, and delays, and escalate them to management when necessary.

Ensure project activities comply with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or project administration.

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to coordinate multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Experience in preparing project reports, schedules, and documentation is preferred.
