Job Description

• Position Title: Senior Project Engineer
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5.5days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm, Sat: 8.30am-1pm)
• Salary Package: Basic $4,500 – $5,500 + AWS + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Governance: Lead and manage submissions for RFIs, RFAs, Method Statements, and Shop Drawings. Apply your knowledge of industry standards to facade systems.
• Project Controls: Manage the Master Programme and project schedule, ensuring proper site sequencing and timely completion of key project milestones.
• Stakeholder Management: Represent the company in meetings and discussions with MCST, consultants, and architects. Handle site coordination, negotiations, and progress claims professionally.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and support a team of engineers, helping them build good work discipline, accountability, and strong site management practices.
• Rapid Technical Integration: Within the first 3–6 months, actively learn about facade systems, including cladding, curtain walls, and waterproofing, through structured training and hands-on site exposure.

• Proven Track Record: At least 5 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, building construction, or A&A projects in Singapore.
• Industry Knowledge: Good understanding of Singapore construction SOPs, BCA and MOM regulations, and practical experience in managing subcontractors on-site.
• Project Skills: Able to apply project management and site coordination skills in a building facade and technology-focused environment.
• Professional Mindset: Able to stay composed under pressure, focus on results, exercise sound judgment, and manage complex site situations independently.
• Training & Development: Keen to develop your career in the specialised facade and building technology sector, with willingness to undergo technical training in facade systems.
