Senior Project Engineer, Electrical

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for coordination of the design, installation, configuration, testing and commissioning of building management systems.
• Optimize the BMS settings with data analytics tools to maintain and reduce the overall building energy consumption.
• Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
• Perform engineering duties such as design, engineering calculations, planning, tender.
• Oversee the installation of electrical equipment and systems design, development, and integration of wiring for various projects, ensuring optimal functionality, reliability, and safety.
• Preparation/evaluations as part of the engineering project team.
• Conduct thorough analysis and identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
• Resolve any technical problems faced during project design and/or construction stages.
• Troubleshooting Electrical control panel for all ACMV systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols throughout the and development process.
• Resolve and provide technical support during the assembly, and testing phases, troubleshooting, and resolving any wiring-related issues.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience as an Electrical Engineer for buildings /Data Centre / Hospitality industry are preferred. 
• Good knowledge and equipped with experience in building management system (BMS), project site experience.
• Familiar with electrical specifications, installations, and maintenance link to ACMV/HVAC.
• Able to read and understand Electrical Drawing Requirements.
• Self-driven, independent and team-player.
