Job responsibilities:
Requirements:
Degree in Construction Management, Building, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline
Minimum 8 years' experience as a Project Manager in office fit-out / workplace projects
Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and within strict deadlines
Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials and industry standards
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation skills, able to lead a project team for each project
Proficient in project management software and tools
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
Adaptable to changes and able to work well in a fast-paced environment
