Senior Project Manager / Project Director

Job Responsibility 

• Report directly to top management, providing regular updates on project status and key milestones. 

• Oversee the overall implementation and completion of construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. 

• Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in the planning and execution of daily operations. 
  

  Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract administration, safety and quality management.
  • Able to lead project teams and coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities and subcontractors.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline preferred
