Senior QS Engineer (5 days)

Company’s Profile

Established as Singapore’s leading electrical engineering company specialising in industrial buildings, they are a one-stop provider of M&E services such as extra low, low and high voltage electrical systems, air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems.

Location: Upper Thomson

Working hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Prepare BQ and costing for project Tender Submission.
• Understanding of Tenders with respect to scope of work, pricing schedule and non-material requirements.
• Understanding and knowledge in Design & Build Tender is preferred.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

Requirements

• Min. NTC / Diploma in Electrical and/or Mechanical Works or equivalent.
• Min. 2 to 3 years of Project Tendering experience.
• Min 3 to 4 years of experience as a Senior/Junior QS.
