Senior Quantity Surveyor

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

• Perform day-to-day quantity surveying activities, including correspondence, notifications, and maintenance of contract records and documentation.

• Prepare and submit interim payment applications in a timely manner, monitor payment status, and assist with the resolution of payment disputes.

• Identify, prepare, and submit variations, ensuring timely valuation, negotiation, and agreement with clients or main contractors.

• Draft contractual letters and notices in accordance with contract requirements and timelines.

• Assist in the preparation and submission of claims for extension of time (EOT), disruption, and additional costs, including supporting documentation.

• Work closely with site and project teams.

• Autonomous, skilled in quantity surveying, and capable of communicating information effectively.

 Requirement :

• Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil and Material Engineering and related academics are acceptable.

• 4 years working experience.

• Responsible, positive work attitude, able to work independently, meticulous, good writing skill will be an added advantage.

• Singaporean only, as the company does not have sufficient quota to hire foreign employees.
