SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

• manages and prepares the cost estimates for the construction projects. This ranges from initial calculations to the final accounts to help in bidding and determining the price of the service.
• Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), schedules of rates, and tender documents.
• Submit progress claim to main con
• Seeks to minimise costs while adhering to the required standards and policies.
• Keeps track of the progression of the contract with regards to any variations.
• Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and review of contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Possess good negotiation and coordination skills
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people from all levels.
• Meticulous, analytical with excellent problem solving skills, proactive, good team player and able to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work independently ,and able to do multi task work

REQUIREMENT

• Degree or Diploma in Building/ Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Min 5 years’ experience
• Familar with Aluminium and glazing works will be preferred
