Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description & Requirements

• Prepare tender documents, cost planning and budget estimation
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and related parties
• Responsible for valuation of progress claims and variation orders
• Post contracts administration related to QS duties
• Carry out other contracts administration tasks

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years construction experience, preferably candidate with experience in high-rise building projects
• Good knowledge of Singapore contract laws
• Experience with Glodon software measurement for tender is an added advantage
• SIA/ PSSCOC condition of contracts knowledge
• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• Able to work both independently and lead a team
• 5 days work / week
