Senior/ Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

• Accurate Pre-Contract Take-offs: Computes precise quantities for bored, driven, or sheet piles directly from structural blueprints and geotechnical reports to build detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Dynamic Valuation and Claims: Conducts regular on-site physical measurements alongside site engineers to verify actual penetration depths and process monthly progress claims based on ground realities.
• Managing Structural Variations (VOs): Evaluates, prices, and negotiates cost changes caused by unpredictable underground soil profiles, rock socketing variances, and unmapped utility obstructions.
• Subcontractor Management: Source comparative vendor quotes, administers specialized contracts (like NEC), and certifies final accounts for heavy machinery rentals and independent pile testing agencies.
• End-to-End Tendering & Bidding: Prepares comprehensive tender packages, builds detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs) from structural drawings, estimates competitive bid pricing, and submits winning project proposals.
• Any other adhoc tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• More than 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, progress claims, and contract administration.
• Able to work independently, possess strong analytical and communication skills, and meet project deadlines effectively.
