Job Description - SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Handle full scope of QS duties including but not limited to material take-off and variations.
To check and review all specifications and technical requirements from tender documents.
Identify potential contractual risks and provide mitigation strategies during the tender phase. Inform and assist team for cost estimate of additional works.
Lead the measurement take-off process and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BQ).
Call for quotations, evaluate subcontractor bids, and formulate competitive tender pricing.
Prepare for quotation & tender including quantity take-off for mechanical works.
Manage project budget and costing.
Maintain good rapport with subcontractors.
Evaluate and certify sub-contractors progress payment.
Any other task as assigned by Manager and Director
