Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a detail-oriented experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Singapore's thriving construction industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, preparing tender documents, and ensuring financial efficiency throughout the construction process.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Scope covers procurement, contracts, cost control, cashflow, project budgeting, project administration, claims, cost analysis etc.

· Tabulate quantities, estimate cost and request for quotation

· Knowledge of construction products and costings

· Updating contract documents, drawings, and correspondences

· Submission of progress claims and site valuations

· Preparation of Variation Order for submission

· Liaise with subcontractors and clients

· Liaise with project team for those material purchased directly to maintain, track and update the balance to be purchased

· Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.

· Ensure timely completion of an assign project

Requirements:

· Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or Engineering or equivalent

· Preferably 4 years of QS experience

· Computer skills – Microsoft office skill (Excel, Words. AutoCAD, etc.)

· Independent, resourceful, pro-active and responsible

· Work under tight timeline

· Must be team player

· Able to commence work at a short notice or immediate.
