Senior Quantity Surveyor (Corporate) Tai Seng Up to 6K

📍 Tai Seng | 💼 Full-Time (HQ base) | 💰 $5,000 – $6,000/month

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates

• Oversee procurement strategies and evaluation of subcontractor quotations

• Conduct and verify site measurements and progress valuations

• Manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost reports

• Handle variation orders, progress claims, and final account settlements

• Administer contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quantity surveyors

• Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractors

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of relevant QS experience, with exposure to commercial or office projects

• Proven ability to manage projects independently from pre-tender to final account

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

• Meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
