Senior Quantity Surveyor (Residential / ID)

Responsibilities:

• Full spectrum of QS duties from pre- to post-contract
• Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and progress claims
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and cash flow
• Handle variations, VO claims, and final accounts
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation
• Oversee both landed houses, apartments, and commercial projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years QS experience in Singapore
• Exp in residential project.
• Strong ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects
• Able to perform under pressure and manage stress effectively
• Good communication and coordination skills
