Senior Quantity Surveyor (Siphonic Drainage System)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, tenders, and cost estimates for siphonic drainage system projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ) and project cost analysis.
• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets and cost control.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, clients, and suppliers.
• Maintain project documentation and contract records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in M&E or plumbing/rainwater drainage works is preferred.
• Good knowledge of contracts, cost control, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
