Responsibilities
• Prepare measurement sheets and quantity take-off for tender and ongoing projects • Send request for quotation packages to suppliers and subcontractors • Evaluate and formulate bill of quantities for costs • Source suppliers and subcontractors for projects • Construct and assess comparison sheets for quotations • Procure materials based on fabrication or shop drawings • Submit variation order quotations • Submit progressive claims to client and follow up for payment • Prepare, check, and monitor project budget • Evaluate and verify supplier and subcontractor claims
Requirements
• Experience in Pre & Post tender • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field • Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent • Experience in structural steel and miscellaneous metals • Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills • Strong computer skills, including AutoCad and MS Office • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
