SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR - TENDER (ELECTRICAL CONSTRUCTION)

• Remuneration package: SGD5,500 to SGD$8,000 Basic + AWS + Excellent Variable Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead the full tender process, including cost estimation, tender submissions, negotiations, and client presentations

• Prepare cost plans, budgets, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the tender process

• Review value engineering proposals and evaluate their cost implications

• Monitor tender performance, market pricing trends, and prepare related reports

• Lead, guide, and mentor tender team members to ensure project efficiency and quality

• Support contract administration activities, including contract reviews, claims, and dispute resolution matters
  

Requirement

• At least 5 years’ experience in Tender Management, QS or Contract Management in Electrical Construction Project

• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering, QS, and contracts
