Senior Quantity Surveyor, Up to $6,000

Salary: S$5,000– S$6,000 (depending on experience)

5-day work week.

Based at project site office.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage quantity surveying and contract administration activities for construction projects.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VOs).
• Draft contractual correspondence, notices, and other project documentation.
• Assist with Extension of Time (EOT), disruption, and additional cost claims.
• Monitor project costs and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Attend site meetings and support project commercial matters.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction, Civil Engineering, Material Engineering, ora related discipline.
• Quantity Surveying experience in the construction industry.
• Good understanding of construction contracts and cost management.
• Able to work independently with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and proactive with good report writing skills.
