Senior Resident Engineer

·       Lead the site supervision team.

·       Manage Resident Engineers and Resident TechnicalOfficers.

·       Coordinate with LTA, contractors, QP(S) and consultants.

·       Ensure compliance with Building Control Regulations.

·       Review design submissions and construction methodologies.

·       Supervise all phases of major civil and structural works,including bored piling, pile cap construction, bridge piers and abutments,precast segment installation, structural steel erection, road viaduct construction, and associated infrastructure work.

·       Monitor project quality, safety and progress.

·       Chair technical coordination meetings.

·       Review contractors' temporary works proposals.

·       Review construction sequencing and traffic management plans.

·       Prepare monthly management reports.

·       Ensure supervision records comply with LTA requirements.

·       Support QP(S) in statutory inspections and approvals.
