Senior Resident Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical) – SRE (M&E)

·       Completed at least one project in the capacity of SRE.

·       Completed at least one major infrastructure or building project in the capacity of Senior Resident Engineer (M&E) or equivalent supervisory role.

·       Ensure that M&E works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, statutory requirements, and contract requirements, and witness testing and commissioning activities where necessary.

·       Prior exposure to airside environments and requirements is preferred.

·       Conversant with statutory codes, authority requirements, and industry standards relating to Mechanical and Electrical works, including site supervision, quality assurance and quality control procedures, safety and health management, contract administration, and progressreporting.

·       Possess strong technical knowledge in M&E systems and services with the ability to analyse, manage, and resolve site technical issues effectively and promptly.

·       Demonstrate strong supervision, coordination, and leadership skills in managing M&E works and interfacing with civil, architectural, and specialist contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

·       Monitor construction progress and coordinate with contractors and relevant authorities to ensure timely completion of M&E installations and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

·       Possess sound knowledge of M&E systems such as ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary, ELV, Communication Systems, and Building Management Systems relevant to the project.
