Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager

We are seeking adynamic Senior Sales Engineer / Assistant Sales Manager to join our team specializing in waterproofing solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of waterproofing technologies and construction materials,combined with strong sales acumen. This role involves promoting and selling waterproofing products, providing technical support to customers, and driving business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with contractors,architects, and distributors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

·      Promote and sell waterproofing solutions to contractors, engineers, architects, and building owners.

·      Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.

·      Build and maintain strong customer relationships while developing new partnerships.

·      Stay updated on market trends,competitor activities, and industry developments.

Technical Support & Consultation

·      Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.

·      Provide technical consultation regarding waterproofing solutions and applications.

·      Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

·      Continuously improve technical knowledge to support consultants, architects, and engineers.

Reporting & Site Activities

·      Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

·      Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry activities.

·      Participate in site mock-up and testing when required.

Requirements & Qualifications

·      Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering,Chemical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

·      Minimum 2 years of experience inconstruction/building materials industry.

·      Experience in waterproofing orconstruction sales will be an added advantage.

·      Good communication and presentation skills.

·      Able to work independently and as part of a team.

·      Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

·      Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
