Senior Service Engineer

About Us

Trinet Technologies Pte Ltd is a leading provider of advanced security and surveillance solutions, offering end-to-end services from design and supply to installation and maintenance. We are expanding our team and looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Service Engineer to join us.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team of service engineers and technicians

Plan, organize, and oversee daily service and maintenance operations

Perform installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of security systems (e.g., CCTV, access control, surveillance systems)

Ensure timely completion of service jobs and projects

Provide technical guidance and support to team members

Liaise with customers to ensure high service standards and satisfaction

Maintain proper documentation of service reports and operational activities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in servicing and maintaining security or surveillance systems

Possess a valid Class 3 Driving Licence

Strong leadership and team management skills

Ability to organize and manage day-to-day operations effectively

Hands-on, independent, and able to work under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidate with experience in CCTV, access control, or security systems will have an added advantage
