You enjoy and have practical skills in doing physical work with the aid of tools and machine. You are a good team-player who works well in teams to solve complex issues especially those related to systems in building management. You are a service-oriented and passionate learner who is willing to take on new challenges.

As a Senior Technician / Team leader - Engineering, you will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers. The Senior Technician / Team leader - Engineering is responsible to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Engineering Department in support of all other operating departments.

Your Profile

• Preferably possesses qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management.
• Minimum 1 year work experience as Technician/Tradesman in a hotel or 2 years in a similar large building/complex with central plant.
• A positive and can-do attitude.
• Able to work shifts, on weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in painting and maintenance work would be preferable.
