Senior/Building Executive (Commercial Grade A Building)

Our client is a leading Real Estate company. They are looking for a Senior/Building Executive to assist their Building team for the next phrase of their business. They are located at Central of Singapore– easily accessible. The Senior/Building Executive is responsible for:

Duties

• Building Inspections & Maintenance: Conduct daily inspections, address issues, and recommend improvements to ensure optimal building conditions.
• Facilities & Contractor Management: Oversee security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and building systems while ensuring contractors meet service standards.
• Fire & Safety Compliance: Act as a CERT member, conduct fire system inspections, and execute fire drills.
• Stakeholder & Tenant Engagement: Maintain strong tenant relationships, handle feedback, and coordinate improvement works with relevant authorities.
• Budget & Procurement Oversight: Assist in budgeting, manage contracts, and ensure proper record-keeping for building operations.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Building Management & Services, or equivalent
• Good-grade business commercial building experience
• Experience in building soft services facilities management
