What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for ACMV and Mechanical projects.
• Review tender documents, technical specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and administer subcontract agreements and purchase orders.
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts.
• Negotiate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
• Conduct cost analysis and recommend cost-saving initiatives.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Procurement teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Support contract administration from project award through final account settlement.

What We're Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Experience in ACMV, Mechanical, M&E, or Building Services projects.
• Knowledge of contract administration, project costing, tendering, and procurement.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices and standard forms of contract.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
