Senior/Quantity Surveyor (Construction projects)

Join an established A1 main contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-profile developments across Singapore. Due to ongoing project expansion, they are hiring Senior Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors for multiple positions. Successful candidates can look forward to a 5-day work week, attractive performance incentives, and exposure to large-scale landmark projects, with opportunities available at both headquarters and project sites islandwide.

What you will do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for building projects
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and contract documents to identify project requirements and potential cost risks.
• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis to support accurate pricing.
• Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and evaluate and compare subcontractor quotations
• Assist in the preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ), tender clarifications, and value engineering proposals.

What you will need

• Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry.
• Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior position.
