Service Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and motivated Service Coordinator to support daily service operations, coordinate maintenance activities, manage client communications, and ensure high maintenance and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily service operations with the Service Manager to maintain smooth workflow
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance tasks with service technicians to meet project deadlines
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and complaints to maintain client satisfaction
• Monitor service progress and follow up to ensure timely completion of maintenance works
• Organize site visits and communicate service updates clearly to clients
• Prepare and update service reports and work records to maintain accurate documentation
• Enforce maintenance standards and safety procedures to ensure regulatory compliance
• Acquire relevant technical skills to enhance job performance and support service operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma, Nitec, or technical qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related fields
• Experience in swimming pool, water feature, M&E, plumbing, or maintenance industries
• Effective communication and coordination skills to support teamwork and client interactions
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and WhatsApp for communication
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and work outdoors
• Possession of Class 2 or 3 driving licence is an advantage
