Brilliant Engineering Pte Ltd is a diversified engineering company specialise in providing MEP System Maintenance Services such as Air Conditioning, Electrical, Fire Protection & Plumbing system. Our list of Clientele ranges from Tourist Attractions, High Class Hotels, Retail shopping malls, Corporate MNC and Technology Companies and F&B restaurant.

Are you a dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven engineer looking to make a significant impact? Our company is seeking an energetic Service Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and engagement with a list diversified clients to carry out maintenance or A&A project work to the Engineering System.

Key Responsibilities:

- Key Point of Contact for the assigned clients.

- Ensure M&E Equipment are well maintenance to minimize downtime due to breakdowns.

- Preparation of Quotation for Repair & Project work

- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm, plan, and execute engineering projects.

- Utilize your technical expertise to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions.

- Actively participate in all stages of M&E Project

- Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.

- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by sharing knowledge and supporting team members.

- Provide Supervision to a Technicians and Supervisors, ensuring the high standard of deliveries in terms of service standard, best engineering practice and Safety

- Provide Supervision to the Engineering team to ensure they conform to BEPL’s standard in terms of Servicing, Repair and Project Works

- Management of Sub-Contractors in repair, new projects and new installation (if necessary)

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in any Engineering discipline or related field.

- 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities/Building Services or any relevant Mechanical & Electrical related field.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Technical Knowledge

- Will require the candidate to have Basic Technical Knowledge in the Mechanical and Electrical field, namely Air-Conditioning and Electrical Systems.

- Preferably with 1 to 2-years of relevant experience but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
