Service Sales Executive Built Environment

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the lifecycle of sales contracts and ensure the ongoing success of our maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities:

• Process and Administer Contracts: Draft, review, and finalize sales contracts and maintenance agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain Service Continuity: Proactively support operations teams by communicating customer requirements clearly and promptly.
• Protect Company Interests: Negotiate contract terms that safeguard company benefits while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients through proactive communication and engagement.
• Optimize Maintenance Revenue: Secure competitive renewal rates on maintenance agreements, maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Drive Process Improvement: Continuously analyze contract and maintenance workflows to identify and implement beneficial changes.
• Expand Maintenance Portfolio: Develop strategies and initiatives to recapture lost maintenance accounts and acquire new ones.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare insightful reports on contract and maintenance agreement performance for key management personnel.
• Manage Accounts Receivable: Oversee the collection of outstanding payments from customers for contracts and maintenance agreements.
• Special Projects: Address additional tasks and projects assigned by the department head or manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Has prior experience in Service or Maintenance, or Engineering Sales
• Experience in Built Environment Sales is advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills
• Independent and able to work in a team
