Site Admin, Construction

Job Description:

• Provide professional administrative support on construction site
• Act as project document controller and performs administrative duties including filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls.
• Handle incoming and outgoing project-related communications to maintain clear information flow
• Generate emails and reports when appropriate
• Serve as the primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and site.
• Assume responsibility for maintenance of site office equipment, including computers, copy machines and fax machines
• Any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior / management deem fit.

Requirements:

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Administration or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in providing efficient administration in the construction environment.
• Skills required: simple computer skills, understanding words, excel and power point.
• Comfortable to work in construction site
• Can work independently with initiative and able to adapt in a fast- paced environment
• Multi-tasking and is able to handle stress
• Ability to work independently and as a team
