Site Coordinator cum drafter

About the Role

CY Construction Pte Ltd is looking for a Site Coordinator cum Drafter to join our project team. This is a site-based position, where you will be responsible for coordinating daily construction activities while preparing and updating project drawings to support site execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily construction activities with the Project Manager, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Supervise site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.

Prepare, update and revise AutoCAD shop drawings, as-built drawings and construction details.

Interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings for site implementation.

Resolve technical and drawing-related issues on site.

Monitor site progress and report work status to the Project Manager.

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure site readiness for upcoming works.

Conduct site inspections and ensure workmanship complies with project specifications.

Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants and relevant authorities.

Prepare site reports, progress records, RFIs, material submissions and project documentation.

Assist in quantity take-off and material planning.

Maintain proper records of drawings, approvals and project documentation.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in building construction or A&A works.

Proficient in AutoCAD / Revit

Able to read and interpret architectural, structural and M&E drawings.

Willing to work primarily on construction sites across Singapore.

Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.
