Site Coordinator/ Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure that the design and construction works comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices
• Responsible for daily on-site technical matters
• Supervise & coordinate day-to-day site works, including sub-contract works, maintenance, safety and quality control
• Regular site inspection & upkeep site record
• To lead and manage duties for our own workers
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Requirements:

• Experience in construction/precast projects
• Good communication skills and positive working attitude
• Minimum of 4 years working experience in the related field
• 6 days work week
• Proactive and with a positive mentality
• Having the following certificates is not compulsory but will be a bonus

1. BCSS
2. Managing Work at Heights
3. Boomlift Operator Course
4. Occupational First Aid
5. Any other relevant certificate(s)
