Site Engineer

Summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.
• Work closely with the project team, clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and site personnel to support smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, equipment usage, material requirements, and work sequencing to support timely and efficient project delivery.
• Support project cost control by tracking site resources, monitoring material and equipment usage, and assisting with procurement, claims, and project-related reporting.
• Identify site constraints, technical issues, and potential project risks, and assist in implementing practical corrective or preventive measures.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily site records, progress reports, inspection records, quality and safety records, claims-related documents, and other project reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum1 year of relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, or site coordination work.
