Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Project Manager in project planning,technical/engineering matters, authority submissions and site matters.
2. Supervise and monitor projects to ensure adherence to operatingprocedures, quality standards, contractual specifications and safetycompliances.
3. Prepare and submit shop drawings, material/MOS, assist in monthlyprogress claims, and progress reports.
4. Handle engineering/technical issues, prepare progress reports, andmaintain up-to-date records.
5. Oversee daily site activities, progress and schedules, ensuringcompliance with master and detailed work programmes.
6. Coordination with internal departments, subcontractors,consultants, and users to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth projectexecution.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. Minimum 2 years of site experience in local construction firm
3. Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under tight schedules.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
