Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and review calculations ,drawings and specifications, coordinate RFIs and approvals.
• Plan work programs, quantities/BOQ, and method statements.
• Supervise site works, set out levels, conduct inspections and tests, and close NCRs(Non-Conformance Reports).
• Enforce QA/QC and HSE standards, manage permits and submissions to authorities.
• Track project progress and costs, prepare reports, redlines  and as built drawings.

Job Requirements & Education

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Site Engineer on construction or engineering project sites.
• Knowledge of local codes, standards and construction methods.
• Strong coordination communication and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to be site based.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
