Job Summary

Plan, design, and construct Steel structure engineering & Erss projects, ensuring safety, quality, and budget compliance while supervising teams and preparing detailed reports and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and construct steel structural civil engineering projects to meet client specifications
• Monitor construction progress and enforce adherence to safety regulations on site
• Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and cost-effective delivery
• Supervise and coordinate crew members to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Prepare detailed estimates for time and material costs to support project planning
• Implement quality assurance processes and uphold health and safety standards throughout construction
• Compile and present progress and compliance reports for various stakeholders
• Read and interpret technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately
• Utilize AutoCAD software to create and modify engineering drawings for project execution
• Apply welding knowledge to assess and ensure proper structural connections and integrity
