Site Engineer

Site Engineer job description:

·        Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements

·        Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams on technical matters, submissions, and site progress

·        Review shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and ensure proper implementation on site

·        Identify site issues, coordinate rectification works, and support timely resolution to minimise project delays

·        Attend project and technical meetings, follow up on action items, and support smooth project execution

·        Conduct site inspections to monitor workmanship, quality standards, and compliance with authority requirements

·        Assist in project planning, coordination, documentation, and preparation for inspections including CONQUAS, RI, and TOP

·        Maintain proper site records and ensure documentation is updated for quality audits and project requirements

·        Work closely with the safety team to ensure site activities comply with WSH standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• 1 – 4 years of working experience in construction projects
• Experience with main contractor environment preferred
• Familiar with construction drawings, technical coordination, site supervision, and authority requirements
• Good communication skills with ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams 
• Fresh graduate is acceptable
