Job Responsibilities
1.Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities to ensure work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
2.Monitor construction progress and ensure project milestones and schedules are achieved.
3.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
4.Review construction drawings and provide technical support to resolve site issues.
5.Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
6.Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements and project specifications.
7.Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
8.Attend site meetings and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements
1.Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
2.Able to independently prepare Method Statements (MS), Risk Assessments (RA/MSRA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and construction/work schedules.
3.Familiar with construction drawings, project specifications, and relevant Singapore codes and standards.
4.Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and construction safety practices.
5.Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
