Site Engineer

Job Summary

Assist in planning and coordinating construction site activities to ensure efficient project execution. Oversee daily operations, enforce quality and safety standards, conduct inspections, and manage project documentation to support timely and compliant delivery.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate site activities to optimize project workflow and meet deadlines
• Oversee daily construction operations to ensure adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety protocols
• Conduct site inspections to enforce quality standards and maintain accurate inspection records
• Prepare and update project documentation including progress reports, site reports, method statements, and risk management records
• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, supervisors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth site operations
• Request and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for project materials and services
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support project needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork skills with a keen desire to learn, contribute, and grow within the company
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 3-4 years of relevant experience in the related field is preferable
