SITE ENGINEER CUM DRIVER

Manage the technical and daily operations of construction projects by interpreting engineering designs and overseeing on-site work to ensure quality, safety, and accurate implementation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret engineering and architectural drawings to ensure precise and compliant implementation on construction sites
• Perform regular quality assurance inspections to maintain construction standards and identify defects
• Conduct hazard assessments to proactively mitigate safety risks on-site
• Supervise construction workers and resolve technical difficulties promptly to maintain workflow continuity
• Maintain detailed daily site logs documenting progress, issues, and safety observations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Demonstrate over 10 years of hands-on site or project engineering experience
• Exhibit strong proficiency in interpreting project drawings for accurate execution
