SITE ENGINEER (Maintenance)

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring quality and compliance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating closely with customers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Perform engineering duties involving method statements, operational cost and time efficiency, and site work compliance
• Carry out site supervision, coordination, inspections, and quality assurance of works
• Work closely with customers to understand and support their operational requirements
• Attend weekly or monthly meetings with main contractors on project progress
• Prepare monthly work progression reports
• Attend to urgent fault calls after office hours when required
• Troubleshoot and service electronic or mechanical equipment faults

What We’re Looking For

• Nitec or Diploma in Construction, Facility Management, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong coordination, planning, and organisational abilities
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Leadership and supervisory capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Possess own transport; car preferred
