Job Description - Site Foreman

  • Assist and support Project Manager, Site Manager and Site Coordinator in handling and monitoring the progress of project.
  • Attend to public feedback and site co-ordination work assigned by Project Manager, Site Manager and Site Coordinator.
  • Manage workers, liaise and coordinate with clients and sub-contractors.
  • Ensure compliance to WSHA, safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping.
  • Carry out site work in accordance construction program.
  • Establish day-to-day project schedules and ensure project progress is on track.
  • At least 4 Years of working experience in the related eld in residential projects is required for this position.
  • Must be willing to work overtime if required.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin
