Job Overview

Bethnal Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a seasoned and highly dependable Senior Site Foreman to spearhead our daily site operations. With a strong track record of managing structural and architectural projects, you will be responsible for translating plans into reality, managing resources, and leading our site workforce effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Site & Worker Management: Supervise, coordinate, and motivate a diverse team of site workers and subcontractors. Ensure high productivity, clear communication, and strict adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

• Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read, interpret, and implement complex construction drawings, structural blueprints, and floor plans. Ensure all works are aligned with the approved plans.

• Material Logistics & Ordering: Monitor material consumption on-site, forecast upcoming requirements, and take charge of ordering construction materials to ensure zero downtime or delays.

• Quality & Progress Control: Keep daily site logs, monitor project timelines, and immediately report any plan discrepancies or delays to the Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Industry Experience: Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry (preferably within Singapore).

• Work Schedule: Fully committed and able to work a 6-day work week.

• Technical Skills: Exceptional ability to read, decipher, and explain complex construction drawings and architectural floor plans.

• Leadership: Proven track record of successfully managing large teams of site workers, resolving conflicts, and driving site safety.

• Certifications (Preferred): Valid BCSS (Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course) or CoreTrade / SEC(K) certifications.
