Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

·        Oversee daily site operations, maintenance activities, and repair works across multiple project locations.

·        Manage and supervise site coordinators, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure operational efficiency.

·        Plan maintenance schedules, manpower allocation, and service operations.

·        Monitor technical works related to plumbing systems, filtration systems, pumps, piping installations, dosing systems, and water treatment systems.

·        Conduct technical inspections, preventive maintenance reviews, and operational audits.

·        Analyze and troubleshoot site issues and implement corrective actions effectively.

·        Ensure projects and maintenance services are completed according to contractual requirements, company standards, and safety regulations.

·        Coordinate with clients, Management Offices (MA), consultants, and contractors regarding operational matters and project progress.

·        Handle customer service matters, complaints, and technical enquiries professionally.

·        Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business partnerships.

·        Identify opportunities for repair works, upgrading projects, and additional maintenance services.

·        Support quotation preparation, project costing, tender submissions, and sales coordination.

·        Monitor project budgets, material usage, and operational costs.

·        Ensure proper submission of service reports, work orders, maintenance records, and safety documentation.

·        Lead operational meetings, toolbox briefings, and technical discussions with site teams.

·        Travel to multiple project sites across Singapore for operational support and inspections.

Requirements

·        Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field is preferred.

·        Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in site management, maintenance operations, or technical services management.

·        English and Chinese language proficiency preferred to communicate with English and Chinese speaking customers, suppliers, and workers.

·        Strong technical knowledge in plumbing, filtration systems, pump systems, piping works, dosing systems, and water treatment operations.

·        Experience in swimming pool and water feature maintenance industry is highly preferred.

·        Strong leadership, team management, and operational coordination skills.

·        Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

·        Experience in customer relationship management and sales support.

·        Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and operational issues effectively.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, email communication, and digital reporting systems.

·        Possess Singapore Class 3 driving licenses preferred.
