SITE MANAGER

Job Summary

Manage and supervise structural steel and architectural construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance. Interpret technical drawings, resolve site issues, coordinate with clients, and support project execution to deliver successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction activities independently and monitor project progress to meet deadlines
• Interpret structural drawings, specifications, and technical requirements accurately for effective execution
• Supervise structural steel and architectural works on site, coordinating with client representatives to align expectations
• Assist the Project Manager in daily operations and project execution to ensure smooth workflow
• Identify and resolve design and site issues promptly during the construction period to minimize delays
• Ensure quality of work complies with relevant standards and project specifications
• Oversee quality control processes and enforce workplace safety and health regulations on site
• Attend project meetings and provide clear, timely updates on progress and issues
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager to support project needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of structural steel works and construction practices to ensure technical accuracy
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills to address site challenges and collaborate with teams
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
