Site Manager

·   Planning and ensuring correct work sequences and procedures for daily site operations, including job site access;

· Assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of the project.

· Managing workers and sub-contractors on site.

· Liaising with main-con for any site-related submissions.

· Responsible for machinery and materials planning and deployment on site.

· Ensure all site works are done according to specifications, on schedule and within budget.

·    Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace and/or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.

· Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site.

· Ensurebriefing/re-briefing of RA to workers/sub-contractors by supervisor.

· Implement necessary control measures to mitigate unsafe work and to prevent recurrence.

·   Maintain accurate project records and reports.

· Any other duties assigned by the Project Manager. and assess any foreseeable risks arising from workplace and/or work processes, and minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
